Since I do not have enough experience dealing with travelzoo.com, I wish someone could send some information about their personal dealings with that website. Good, bad or indifferent, I would like to know more about the customer service, booking and scheduling offered by travelzoo.

1. Do they handle much of the actual scheduling?

2. Does the travelzoo site just do redirects? Another words, if you click a link, are you sent off to another site?

3. Are their deals and specials truly DEALS?

The travelzoo site sure appears to have it all. They offer information and travel deals on lodging, airfare, car rentals, cruises and vacation packages. With some time off coming, I will definitely revisit the travelzoo.com website.
