I checked out the audiobooksdiscount.com website as noted in another post here. It is pretty cool. They have the books listed by category which helps since there are so many- and there are a lot.

But, what I found to be the best and a really cool feature is that you can listen to samples of the books. It is not just one or two samples either. What I noticed was most of the book titles I found offered listening samples or audio samples what ever you want to call them.

I have to say that I have heard quite a few people trying to do audios on the net lately. Mostly what I have been listening to is business related and though improvng, not always quality sound.

At the audio book website listed above, the audios are high quality. I also found that the quality is probably because most of the audio books are published by main stream publishers. As a side note, a good friend happens to be an editor for a publisher of law books and she knows that you often do not have two chances to make a sale. So, publishing audio books with high quality sound and book readers is very important.

Unfortunately I don’t remember the book titles, but I did find at least one author that reads his own books for the actual audio book.

Being able to test drive them first, I mean hear a sample reading, is a very big selling point for me.
